Asian Bankers Association

The ABA serves as a forum for advancing the cause of the banking industry and promoting regional economic cooperation. It provides a venue for an exchange of information on banking opportunities in the region; facilitating networking among bankers; and undertaking projects that encourage regional trade, industrial, and investment cooperation. With 100 members from 25 Asian countries, the ABA holds annual meetings and seminars on issues of concern to the banking sector. Other activities include policy advocacy, information exchange, and training programs.

Operational Riskdata eXchange Association

The Operational Riskdata eXchange Association (ORX) is a not-for-profit industry association dedicated to advancing the measurement and management of operational risk in the global financial services industry. ORX has 52 member firms and operates the world's leading operational risk loss data consortium - the ORX Global Loss Database contains 135,000 losses to a total value of approximately €42 billion. ORX is also an important forum in the global financial services industry for the development of common operational risk standards, leading edge research and collective learning.
